By downloading or using Nova Clash: Fleet Command, you agree to these terms. The App is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple EULA (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula).

Purchases

The "Full Game Unlock" is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks additional content. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies.

Warranty & liability

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, ForgeLearningTech is not liable for any damages arising from its use. All game content, art, and trademarks are the property of ForgeLearningTech.
