ForgeLearningTech ("we," "us") built Nova Clash: Fleet Command (the "App") as a premium, buy-once game. This policy explains how the App handles information.

Information we collect

None. The App does not require an account, a login, or any personal information to play. We do not operate servers that collect your data, and we do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

Data stored on your device

Your game progress, decks, settings, and purchase status are stored locally on your device (and in your personal iCloud/device backups if you have those enabled). This data never leaves your device except through Apple's own backup systems, which we do not control or access.

Purchases

The optional "Full Game Unlock" in-app purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment information. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children's privacy

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. It contains no ads, no external links to unknown parties, and no data collection.

Third parties

The App uses Apple's StoreKit for purchases. It does not integrate any advertising networks, analytics providers, or social platforms.

Your choices

Because we don't collect data, there is nothing for us to delete or export. Deleting the App removes its local data from your device.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
